Source transparency
Health claims should be supported by authoritative or peer-reviewed sources that readers can inspect.
Health Fitnesses is an independent health and wellness information website. Our goal is to make useful topics easier to understand while being transparent about sources, uncertainty and the limits of online information.

Health information can be difficult to navigate. We aim to organize it into clear pages with direct explanations, visible sources, useful internal links and practical tools. When evidence is uncertain or a calculator has important limitations, the page should say so plainly.
Health claims should be supported by authoritative or peer-reviewed sources that readers can inspect.
Author, reviewer and credential information is shown only when it has been verified. A page is not labeled “medically reviewed” unless a real reviewer has reviewed it.
Pages are designed for readers first. We avoid keyword stuffing, fake ratings, exaggerated claims and thin pages created only to target search terms.
Calculators provide estimates. Important assumptions, formulas, sources and situations where professional advice may be needed are explained on the relevant page.
Read our Editorial Policy, Fact-Checking Policy, Medical Review Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
Author profiles will be published with verified biographical details and relevant qualifications where available. Until those details are verified, we do not invent credentials or reviewer claims.
Atta ur Rehman is credited as the author of our original article archive. Authorship does not imply medical qualifications. No professional credentials or independent clinical review are claimed.
