There is no single medically ideal weight for every person of the same height. This calculator uses the CDC adult healthy-BMI interval of 18.5 to less than 25 to show a height-based reference range.
Weight = BMI × height²
The lower value uses BMI 18.5. The upper boundary uses BMI 25 and is excluded. Displayed weights are rounded; do not use rounded endpoints as exact cutoffs.
BMI does not directly measure body fat and can be misleading in some people, including those with high muscularity, pregnancy or conditions affecting body composition. A useful personal weight target may depend on much more than height.
